When will I get my order?

Our products are made to order. Usually, it takes 2–7 business days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.

The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated, on average, as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days 

Please Note: Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.


[Covid-19]​ When will I get my order?

Our fulfillment times for all products may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

It's difficult to predict the shipping times. You can follow our product manufacturing times and add an additional time for shipping on top of them:

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

Free U.S. Shipping?

Free USPS Standard Shipping within the United States only. The estimated delivery time for Free Standard U.S. Shipping is up to 7 business days.

Actual delivery times are subject to change and may differ depending on the destination. Once shipped, we have no control over the delivery process, but you can contact USPS with the tracking information for updates.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at info@ampswagg.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost. 

Order returns to our facility, due to delivery difficulties, will be stored for a maximum of 28 days until we hear from you. We’ll attempt to reach out to you. However, if we do not hear from you within 28 days, your order will be donated to a local charity.

Note: We get backlogged during sale events and the holiday season, which could delay your shipment. Transit time is measured in business days.

We recommend the free shipping (if applicable) or Standard shipping options whenever possible for the least environmental impact.

Orders

Order Processing & Business Days?

Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).  Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or late eastern time will begin processing on the next available business day.

Order Changes/Cancellations?

All order changes or cancellation requests received after 24hrs, from the time the order is received, will be denied because the order is in production. However, production can sometimes be quicker, to avoid this, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ampswagg.com

How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@ampswagg.com.

You can also refer back to your order confirmation e-mail and click the "View your order" button to find more details about your order.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@ampswagg.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible! Please see our Return Policy for further details.

My order got flagged as Suspicious/Fraudulent?

Customer safety is our number one priority. Our system is powered by an AI-driven tool that can help us detect high-risk orders. Typically we put the order on hold and follow up with questions. However, if there are large discrepancies in our security team's investigation, we simply cannot process the order. Chargebacks are expensive, and payment processing companies can make the whole ordeal a nightmare for businesses. Businesses can be made liable for taking high-risk orders.

If this is the case, we simply refund and cancel your order. The biggest recommendation we have is re-ordering with a different payment method to cross-reference your activity and identity.

I was refunded, how long does it take to receive?

A refund can take up to 3-10 business days to be credited back to your payment method. We apologize for the wait time as refund processing time is handled differently by every payment method provider. If you still have not received your refund after 10 days, please contact us and we can follow up with the payment processing team.
