Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

All our products sold are made to order, meaning we do not keep anything in stock, and we get straight to work on making your product. For that reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if your order is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, then you have 10 days after receiving your item to let us know by contacting us at info@ampswagg.com.

To be eligible for a damaged, defective, or wrong item resolution the following conditions must be met:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
  • You’ll need to contact us at info@ampswagg.com
  • You’ll need provide the order number, name, and receipt or proof of purchase
  • You’ll need to provide images of damaged, defective, or wrong time(s)

If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For the avoidance of doubt, the following reasons do not constitute as valid return and/or refund reasons (non-exhaustive list):

  • A wrong size was ordered
  • The item(s) is no longer wanted
  • The same item was found cheaper somewhere else

Order Changes

Your order is held for a small window of time after it is placed to allow for any necessary changes to billing/shipping addresses or item sizes and colors! If you need to make a change or cancel and refund your order you can write to us immediately at info@ampswagg.com.

If your order has already initiated the printing process, changes unfortunately cannot be made.

Defects, Damages, or Wrong Item Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive damaged, defective, or wrong items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@ampswagg.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed in our store, in the product description section. 

I was refunded, how long does it take to receive?

A refund can take up to 3-10 business days to be credited back to your payment method. We apologize for the wait time as refund processing is handled differently by every payment method provider. If you still have not received your refund after 10 days, please contact us and we can follow up with the payment processing team.
